You pick it, we'll ship it: FOR FREE. Flokati.com offers Free UPS Ground Shipping every day of the year to the contiguous 48 states. Now with worldwide shipping! If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or elsewhere, our checkout calculater will provide you with the cheapest, most accurate shipping quote for your area rug!
Our in stock items usually ship within 3 Business Days. UPS Ground shipping typically takes an addittional 4-5 Business in transit, so you can expect to receive your Flokati area rug in about 7-10 Business days. If you ordered a custom Flokati rug, your estimated shipping will take a bit longer. Just give us a call, and we'll let you know when you can receive your custom rug.
Shipments outside of the United States may incur importing duties and fees to be paid to the shipping carrier upon delivery of your merchandise. Please note that this fee is not included in your shipping and handling charge, and is the sole responsibility of the recipient of the merchandise. The shipping carrier reserves the right to withhold shipments for duties and taxes unpaid.
Please note, with the exception of Custom Orders in which payments will be processed at the time orders are placed, we may process your payment up to three days prior to the shipment. If an item(s) you ordered are on backorder, we will not charge your card until your item becomes available and is ready to ship.

Free Shipping applies to outgoing shipments only. In cases of returned items, the initial freight cost to ship the item(s) will be assessed and deducted from the refund amount to be issued to the customer.
*All shipping quotes provided by phone, email, or any other form of communication are intended for estimate purposes only, and in no way will reflect the actual shipping cost at the time of checkout which may be substantially lower or greater depending on shipping circumstances.
**Any charges or fees which incur due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer that results in an unsuccessful delivery by the shipping carrier, will be charged in full to the customers method of payment.
This includes but is not limited to, customer not in at time of delivery attempt(s), customer typos during order entry, address no longer valid at time of delivery, or customer refusal of package(s) at time of delivery.
