We are confident that we offer the best prices on all area rugs that we carry that we'll beat any competitor by 10%. We encourage our customers to shop around as much as you like and if you see an online competitor, store or catalog advertising one of our items, just bring it to our attention and we will beat that price by 10% guaranteed.

Please note that many of our competitors offer Flokati rugs at what appear to be discounted prices, but are in fact average prices for below average products. All price match requests for Flokati Area Rugs must meet the same product weight category as Flokati.com's Flokati rugs, in order to be eligible for a 10% price match.

All Price Match Requests apply only to new purchases and requires that product terms and sale terms meet identical conditions. Price Match excludes samples, used rugs and defective rugs, and cannot be combined with other special discounts, offers or coupons, and must adhere to the following conditions:

• The product must be the exact same make, model, color and size as the item listed at Flokati.com.
• The online merchant offering the lower price must have the item currently available for purchase.
• The online merchant offering the lower price must be an established site, as determined by Flokati.com
• The base price of the items must be a difference of at least $5.00.
• If the online store has a physical store, the online store may qualify for the Price match Guarantee for online site prices only, not the price in the physical store.
• Applies to the total purchase price of the item, including shipping, taxes and other charges or discounts that may apply.
• Limited to one (1) claim in a 90 day period.
• Does not apply to pre-ordered merchandise.
• Does not apply to new merchandise versus factory-reconditioned comparisons.
• Does not apply to items shipped Internationally.
• Does not apply to merchants offering special promotions such as sale prices, promotional free shipping, rebate offers, coupon offers, quantity discounts or membership requirements for purchases .
