30 Day Return Policy

Here at Flokati.com we offer a free 30 Day In Home Trial for your Flokati rug. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price. To help make it easier, we've even included an online Return Form for you. All you need to do is fill out the required information, submit the form, and we'll contact you with your RA number for you to place on the outside of the package and then ship it back! It's that simple! Please contact us before your 30 days expires from the time you receive your rug to receive your RA Number.

Perhaps you would like an upgrade to your flokati rug? Easy, let us know and we’ll be happy to upgrade your flokati area rug. All you have to pay is the difference in the purchase price and send the old one back to us. Just note this in the web form below or give us a call at 866-936-4806 and we'll set everything up for you. It’s that easy.

Like your flokati, but the color doesn’t work in your decor? Again, just let us know and we’ll gladly send you out another flokati that suits your needs. Just send the original one back to us and we’ll get you one that works! Give us a call at 866-936-4806 and we'll tell you how!

When returning your rug to us, we recommend using FedEx or UPS. They will provide tracking information which may come in handy in case the item is lost or damaged in transit while on its way. Please note that if an item is shipped back to us and is not received at our facility, we reserve the right to not issue a credit for the item(s).

All Returns For Credit, Refund, Or Exchange Are In Accordance With The Following Guidelines:

  • All items shipped back require an RA number. Any and all items shipped back without a Return Authorization Number may be refused and/or incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs back to our faclity, with the exception of a manufacturers defect or in transit damage to your item(s).
  • Any items recieved back at our facility soiled or damaged will be returned to you or if accepted at our facility will automatically incur a 40% restock and cleaning fee..
  • All returns received after 30 days may incur a 25% restocking fee and may be subject to a fee in the amount of the original shipping charge, including instances of free shipping.
  • All shipments refused by the customer at time of delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee once recieved at our facility, with the exception for transit damages.
  • All transit damages must be noted at time of delivery in order to qualify for a full credit/refund/or exchange.
  • We do not accept returns on any custom size rugs.
  • Shipping is not a refundable item. This includes, but is not limited to, international shipping costs and expedited shipping costs.
